Simply return the your product within 30 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs). We also will be happy to exchange the product for another with no shipping charges for the new product.
Of course, we do not provide refunds the product has been used. Since our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate the same care and concern from our customers. Please note that it takes between 30 to 60 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail.
