Standard Season Ticket Shipping: Items shipped by DHL Ground. Cost of shipping is $5.95 Our Goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, Excluding Holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be notified by our customer service department within 3 business days. You receive your order within 3 - 7 business days from the day we ship your order Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes Any orders returned to us due to non acceptance by the recipient on basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order. Ticket Pick Up Option: Season tickets on request can also be picked up at the Sovereign Center Box Office during their regular hours after December 10th.  For orders placed after December 7th please allow 72 hours for processing. Standard  Merchandise Shipping: Items shipped by USPS (United States Post Office) Ground. Basic shipping cost is $5.95.  A two dollar fee can be added for larger orders. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
