Did you receive any awards or honors? “I was 2nd Team Golden Team, Suburban 1 League Honorable Mention, and 3 year varsity letterman in high school.”
What is your most memorable basketball highlight? “During my senior year of high school we played Ridley in the 2nd round of the playoffs in front of a bunch of college scouts. I was criticized for not being able to go left, even though I dribble well with my left hand. With a few seconds left in the game, I went to my left, did a finger roll over a 6’6” guy, which put us up by 1, and we ended up winning the game.”
Did you look up to any NBA players growing up? “Allen Iverson and Penny Hardaway.”
What are some of your aspirations for the upcoming season? “Be productive, stay within myself, and just stay solid.”
Who do you most admire? “My father, William “Sonny” Walton.”
What are some of your hobbies? “Shopping and hanging out with my friends.”
